Samantha i started to coach at march this year and in december she did her first competition at the flex.

She started in the bikini class over 35 . She became first an unaspected awesome earned place.

At the second compeition , b level, she shined again at stage. The judges didnt put her in the top 6.....

I am very proud at her  reached goals and next year we are gonna work very hard together on a new

physique.....

So we will be back..............................

I did coach antje to the belgium championships and the flex together with Sylvia Sanchez.

Antje did reach her own goals and her presentation with her 19 years was awesome.........

Next year she will be back at stage to rock.............
